Joanna Gaines has already spilled a few details via Instagram about what we can expect when season three of Fixer Upper premieres on HGTV on December 1st. And while we’re over the moon excited to see inside the Magnolia Silos and learn more about the rentable home the Gaines are renovating, we have to admit: We’re starting to go through withdrawal without new episodes of our favorite show.

Luckily, it turns out there are a ton of scenes from past episodes of Fixer Upper that never made it to our TV screens. If you’re already counting down the days until the first of December, you’ll be obsessed with these blooper reels of Chip and Joanna Gaines. See below for our favorite outtakes featuring the first couple of HGTV:

1. Finding out where the Gaines kids hide while their parents are talking to the camera.

This video may seem like any episode of Fixer Upper, but just wait: At the 39-second mark, we see a touching moment between Chip and his daughter, who turns out to be standing at his feet the whole time—who knew!

2. Joanna discusses her nationality.

Apparently, she gets asked about her background all the time! Watch this clip to learn how to say “demo day” in Korean.

3. The fun banter we all love between HGTV’s power couple.

Seriously—where can we find someone like Chip to just make us laugh all the time?

4. When Chip just keeps on being well, Chip…

Watching Chip joke around is one of the things we love most about Fixer Upper.

5. What Chip really does when Joanna is trying to work.

Okay, you probably guessed the answer to this one—while Joanna talks to the camera about her latest design plans, we see Chip try to distract her.

6. When a horse won’t stay out of the shot.

Fast forward to 2:20 and “cue the horses,” as Joanna puts it. Fixer Upper is clearly a glimpse into true farm life.

7. Chip has the most hilariously adorable reaction to watching Joanna stumble.

Making a mistake is so much better when you have a loved one to laugh about it with you. It’s also important to note that Chip and Joanna are wearing beekeeper suits throughout most of this clip…and yet, they look as good as ever!
